My washing machine broke down therefore will need to find a laundromat store. Chanced upon this in Google Map and I think it's one of the new outlets around Jurong/Boon Lay area for laundromat services. Their machines here are still in mint condition as compared to other laundromat stores nearby. They used trusted machines from IPSO, which is one of the pioneer for laundromat, founded in Belgium since 1973! Reasonably priced for the washing and drying function. Was impressed with their services when I encountered some issues with the dryer as I left the door open for too long, the machines did a reset resulting in my balance timing being invalid. The management of The Wash Tub immediately called me back and after verification, they did a refund. Will return for future laundromat services highly recommended!!

The service of the manager, Alex, was responsive and pickup my calls during wee hours when I reported that I've left the keys in their laundromat and was really kind and understanding enough to send the keys all the way to the block I'm temporary staying to pass me back the bunch of keys.
